Manuel Baerga
President & Coach
Successfully coaching, and working hand in hand, with Fortune 1000 companies; developing and applying Lean Six Sigma strategies throughout their enterprise, along with facilitating and helping deliver quantifiable results. My approach entails hands on involvement, emphasizing expert executive coaching, leading to undeniable commitment to enterprise and people growth.
I am originally from Puerto Rico, a native Spanish speaker, and a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and a minor in Industrial Engineering.
I am a strategic thinker with expertise in leading transformations, loss analysis, root-cause problem solving, and high-performance continuous improvement teams across operations and other disciplines. Accomplished Lean Six Sigma and Operations Executive with 20 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, strategy, pharma, service, customer service, and business transactions. I’ve had the opportunity to work in leadership roles at General Motors, The Boeing Company, WR Grace & Co, WW Grainger and more recently with TransCare Corporation. I've functioned as an advisor to leaders in government institutions such as the Housing and Urban Development Agency, The National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership. I have also demonstrated the ability to successfully marry voice of the customer with business processes that lead to enterprise wide change.
By nature, I am a coach, an influencer of decisions at all levels, and I follow a team approach to leadership. Developing others is my passion, coupled with being action and results oriented. I do specialize in solving problems with the ability to drive organizations towards continuous and successful results.
